About the Role

This position demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and technical proficiency. As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing kitchen/bathroom design projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Design and plan kitchen/bathroom renovations that meet client specifications and recent trends.
  • Create detailed construction documents for client presentations and supplier coordination.
  • Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, 3DS Max, and Lumion to produce high-quality visualizations.
  • Engage with clients to refine designs and confirm requirements, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution.
  • Creation and elevation of designs using the 20/20 platform.
  • Deployment of the KCDW software for developing and presenting precise kitchen concept visuals.
  • Execution of 3D modeling and elementary rendering for architectural and interior designs utilizing Revit and Sketchup.
  • Production of detailed planimetric sketches employing AutoCAD.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, 3DS Max, and Revit; knowledge of 20/20 software is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in kitchen design and renovation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous kitchen projects.
  • Excellent understanding of construction documentation and experience with both U.S. and international metric systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
