Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Specialist to join our team. As the initial point of contact for all office employees and visitors, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and efficiency within the Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and secure.
- Coordinate company building management issues and maintenance services.
- Oversee the daily operation of the facilities within the office, including maintenance and cleaning.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing meeting room bookings and coordinating catering requests.
- Collaborate with other functional departments to ensure office alignment.
- Manage office services, such as travel, accommodation, transportation, and supplies.
- Act as a First Aider and Fire Marshall for the workplace.
Requirements
- Solid experience in a front of House/Reception capacity.
- Complete fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Flexible, driven, and team-oriented.
- Continuous Improvement and Agile mindset.
- Internet savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
