Job SummaryThe Quality Analyst is a critical role that involves creating and executing end-to-end test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of our clients' solutions. This includes testing for functionality, performance, stability, and compatibility with other systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Audit calls, interactions, and transactions to ensure quality standards are met
- Coach agents to improve performance and provide feedback
- Report performance metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Identify and escalate potential quality issues
- Participate in strategic projects to improve campaign and business outcomes
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with team leaders to drive quality initiatives and campaigns
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with a minimum B2 proficiency in English
- At least 2 years of college education (BS or BA preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst (preferred)
- Basic Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think logically
- Familiarity with quality tools such as cause and effect, histogram, and correlation
- Strong customer-centricity and ability to provide constructive feedback
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative and good judgment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage conflicts
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work with a diverse team
