As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing financial operations for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including transaction categorization and account reconciliations; manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com; process payroll using Gusto or similar platforms; complete monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings; file sales and excise tax reports accurately and on time; and ensure compliance with client-specific financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Gusto is essential, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are also required, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
