Our Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our Medellín office, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Office Operations: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  2. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  3. New Employee Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the local office culture.
  4. Communication: Manage various communication channels, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  5. Event Planning: Coordinate and execute company events, including budget management and supplier relationships.
  6. Project Support: Assist with additional requests or projects from Business Operations or other teams.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Facilities or Office Management
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Calm under pressure, able to handle various responsibilities
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility in managing workload and responsibilities
