Main Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- New Employee Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the local office culture.
- Communication: Manage various communication channels, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and execute company events, including budget management and supplier relationships.
- Project Support: Assist with additional requests or projects from Business Operations or other teams.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Facilities or Office Management
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Calm under pressure, able to handle various responsibilities
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility in managing workload and responsibilities
