Job Summary
This role involves providing technical support to our customers in an efficient and professional manner. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues related to email, software, computer performance, printers, and network connectivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to end-users
- Install and troubleshoot Windows client operating systems
- Configure and troubleshoot local and network printers
- Install and configure email and Outlook-related issues
- Experience with Office 365, including creating mailboxes and distribution lists
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to computer performance and system degradation
- Troubleshoot network and internet connectivity issues
- Use troubleshooting tools, including Ping, Nslookup, Tracert, Telnet, Task Manager, Performance Monitoring, Process Explorer, Check Disk, etc.
- Remove malware, including viruses, ad-ware, spyware, and Trojan horses
- Support customer applications as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and have at least three years of experience in IT or Computer Hardware. Excellent English and Spanish language skills are required, as well as the ability to work from 8am to 5pm Colombia time. A+ certification or equivalent is a plus.
