Epsilon, a global leader in outcome-based marketing, is seeking a Product Manager to drive innovation and growth in the AdTech landscape. As a key player in our team, you will work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation, influencing teams to make the best decisions for users and the product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the product roadmap for short, medium, and long-term goals, informed by data, experimentation, market analysis, and customer needs.
  • Write and validate functional specifications for the Data and Engineering team.
  • Collaborate with commercial, engineering, data science, infrastructure, marketing, and design teams to develop user-centric solutions.
  • Support commercial teams with quality assurance of products.
  • Define and track KPIs to understand product performance throughout the cycle.
  • Coach other PMs in product management processes.
  • Define processes for the product management function.
Qualifications
  • Self-Starter: A decision-maker who takes initiative and drives results.
  • Creative Problem Solver: Able to spot user and product issues and bring innovative solutions.
  • Leadership: Ability to rally cross-functional teams and drive alignment on product goals.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Experience building products from scratch or improving existing ones in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working on complex, technical products and willing to dive into details.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills in English, capable of influencing technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • AdTech Experience: Familiarity with the AdTech industry is a plus, as is experience mentoring product management professionals.
