About the Role

As a Rooms Division Supervisor at Pocruises, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their cruise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in public areas, adhering to Company and Public Health guidelines.
  • Drive the effective use of OCEAN Hospitality and GuestView Housekeeping tools to optimize housekeeping operations.
  • Ensure accurate accounting for the Housekeeping operation in guest and teammate public areas.
  • Maintain open communication channels with the team to address any concerns or issues.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a Supervisory role within Housekeeping.
  • A clear understanding of Public Health and Environmental regulations.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing guest satisfaction.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 per annum
