About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our QA team, you will be responsible for designing and developing automated test scripts for API, services, and integration testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Automated Test Scripts: Create and maintain automated test scripts for API, services, and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Perform Service Mocking and HTTP Tracking: Simulate real-world scenarios using service mocking and HTTP tracking to identify and resolve issues.
  • Conduct Log and Trace Analysis: Analyze logs and traces to identify and resolve issues, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
  • Execute Stress and Performance Tests: Conduct stress and performance tests to ensure system reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Development and QA Teams: Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain Strong Communication and Documentation Skills: Develop and maintain strong communication and documentation skills, particularly in English, for nearshore project collaboration.
Requirements
  • Strong Proficiency in API, Services, and Integration Testing: Proven experience in API, services, and integration testing.
  • Experience with Service Mocking and HTTP Tracking: Experience with service mocking and HTTP tracking.
  • Skilled in Log and Trace Analysis: Skilled in log and trace analysis.
  • Familiarity with Stress and Performance Testing Methodologies: Familiarity with stress and performance testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on Experience with Test Tools: Hands-on experience with test tools such as Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, and Insomnia.
  • Basic Understanding of CI/CD Processes and Tools: Basic understanding of CI/CD processes and tools, with optional experience in Jenkins.
  • ISTQB Certification is Desirable: ISTQB certification is desirable.
