Job Summary

We are seeking a Transformation Consultant with expertise in strategic workforce planning to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing workforce supply and demand data and making recommendations to support the organization's future needs and goals.

About This Role

This position requires a talented professional with at least 15 years of experience in strategic workforce planning, communications, and/or leadership development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing subject matter expertise in strategic workforce planning
  • Analyzing workforce supply and demand data and making recommendations
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational development strategies
  • Conducting needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Developing and leading change management initiatives
  • Providing training and support to employees
  • Implementing programs to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention
  • Designing and delivering leadership development programs
  • Developing and supporting the implementation of communications plans and strategies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent computer literacy in FAA multi-system software applications
  • Federal experience related to functional responsibilities
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage large amounts of complex information
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently
  • A Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain FAA Clearance
  • Years of Professional Experience: Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience, including at least eight (8) years as an expert in strategic workforce planning, communications, and/or leadership development
