Job Description

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sourcing strategies for indirect categories;
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure best-in-class terms;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements;
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and market developments;
  • Leading RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations for assigned categories.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years' experience in procurement or a related field;
  • Solid knowledge of managing sourcing strategies for indirect categories;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize tools/systems (e.g., JDE, COUPA, SAP);
  • Advanced management of Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Intermediate or advanced English language proficiency;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • A strong understanding of procurement policies and processes related to risk, CSR, and compliance.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
