Job DescriptionThe SAP Solution Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders and technical architects to define functional business process requirements for the SAP system within a designated area. This position involves full life-cycle support, including creating system documentation, operating procedures, and technical design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and delivery managers to understand detailed business requirements.
- Serve as primary IT contact and lead role for customer-facing projects.
- Lead the transition of requirements and use cases to designers, ensuring a clear understanding of the requirements.
- Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in quality reviews to ensure designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products meet the requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and test existing solutions to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with other IT teams for integration, development, and cross-functional requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- English language proficiency at an advanced level (C1).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT supporting business-enabled processes in commercial and order to cash processes in SAP.
- Broad experience with end-to-end full life cycle SAP implementation.
- Able to lead project teams and serve as primary IT contact for customer-facing projects.
- Able to design, build, and test requirements based on input from a global business team.
- Able to stay informed of the latest SAP advancements and best practices.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
