About the Role

We are seeking an Azure Security Presales Consultant to join our team at SoftwareONE Deutschland GmbH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in collaborating with our sales team and customers to understand their requirements and assess the scope of opportunities.

Your main responsibilities will focus on providing technical support and translating customer requirements into customized solutions to meet their needs. You will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, define margins in alignment with sales and delivery teams, draft statements of work, and craft a repository of solution materials.

Requirements

  • Professional background in systems engineering or related fields, with technical experience in cloud solutions, especially with Azure and security.
  • Experience advising clients on the technical design, consulting, and implementation of cloud security measures in one or more of the following cloud security disciplines: Identity, Network Security, Secure Workloads, Security Monitoring, etc.
  • Experience working in a global or multicultural environment, focusing on selling Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive strategic decisions related to Microsoft Azure.
  • Certification in business development or related field, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Azure technologies.
  • Proficiency in English (Minimum B2).
