The Role

This internship is designed to assist the Experience team at our locations, working on the organization of activities and events held at the location. The goal is to build community within customers and ensure their time in Selina is the best it can be.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure music played at the location follows established guidelines.
  • Coordinate and promote events and activities.
  • Manage the proper content and experience of all Selina products at the location.
  • Promote a positive and engaging environment for guests, neighbors, and staff.
  • Host and supervise events and activities.
  • Decorate the location with brand-approved materials.
  • Assist with quality control of providers and guests.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from guests.
  • Support the resolution of guest-related issues.
  • Keep track of the location's brand index.
  • Advise location management and staff on brand guidelines.
  • Assist the sales and marketing department.
  • Coordinate tours, travels, and activities held at the location.

Requirements

  • Studying hospitality, tourism, foreign languages, or service-related careers.
  • No experience is necessary.
  • Spanish proficient, any other languages are considered a plus.
  • High sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
  • Ability to provide a college agreement or letter confirming the internship.
  • Ability to provide insurance certification.
