Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the preparation of payments to merchants at the Latam level (7 countries) following the protocols established in each country in a correct and timely manner.
* Support local and international payment processes to merchants.
* Develop management indicators to track payment performance.
* Manage ticket requests from merchants and internal customers.
* Perform bank reconciliation and classification of accounts used for payments to merchants.
Requirements
* Professional degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* English language proficiency at B2 level.
* 2 years of experience in financial institutions (Banks) and customer service.
* Preferably, experience in payment platforms, electronic payments, and Fintech.
