Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Technical Sales person to join our team as a Sales Engineer. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for generating revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, and providing technical information and developing accounts.

This is a front-line sales position that will be customer-facing, reselling mechanical engineering technology and driving the sales process from start to finish.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Ottawa

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales and technical sales
  • Extremely passionate about sales and exceptionally good at it
  • Proven ability to learn new technology
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset
