Job Overview

As a pivotal member of the SGS team, we are seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Manager to lead the integration of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) with other HR applications. You will be responsible for designing and implementing integrations that ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between our HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team responsible for the end-to-end integration of Workday with various HR and non-HR systems, ensuring timely and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to design and implement integrations that meet the needs of the organization.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of Workday integration projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion within the defined scope.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in designing and developing complex Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, including regular updates and enhancements.
  • Train and mentor team members and stakeholders on Workday integration processes and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations, with significant hands-on experience using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or leading a team of integration professionals.
  • Proven experience in managing and executing complex system integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM modules and functionalities.
  • Workday HCM and Workday Integration/Studio certifications are preferred but not required.
