Our Data Analytics practice is one of the highest growth areas within Evalueserve, offering rewarding career opportunities. With a global team of data science professionals, we provide customized solutions for clients, condensing industry-specific KPIs into data products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop customized data solutions for clients.
  • Lead Business Intelligence development projects and manage workload.
  • Perform data wrangling activities, including querying, cleaning, transforming, and loading large data sets.
  • Create new data models that feed into Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality throughout project lifecycles.
  • Perform analysis and generate descriptive to prescriptive insights on collected data.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that tell visual data stories.
  • Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather business requirements and communicate results.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical and domain expertise, and continually develop soft skills through company-sponsored programs and self-development activities.
Requirements
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economy, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Confidence in writing SQL queries.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Experience in Python, Git, and cloud computing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, professional skepticism, and proactive attitude.
