Job Summary

Solvo Global seeks a skilled Caregiver Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare staffing and be able to source, screen, and attract new talent into the organization. This role entails making outbound sourcing calls, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling appointments to facilitate the hiring process. The selected candidate will also participate in running recruiting events and maintain documentation of associate work records in our software system.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, and attracting new caregiver talent into the organization

• Conducting phone interviews and scheduling appointments to facilitate the hiring process

• Participating in running recruiting events and job fairs

• Maintaining documentation of associate work records in our software system

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare staffing and recruiting

• Strong interpersonal communication skills and energy

• Exceptional telephone skills and inside sales skills

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment

• High School graduate or equivalent
