At Alstom, we are committed to delivering innovative and sustainable transportation solutions. As an Industrial Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of manufacturing processes within our Elementary Production Units (EPU).

The main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing the industrial process hand-over from Project Management to manufacturing
  • Coordinating requests for training and qualification of operators, hiring, and subcontracting
  • Overseeing the deployment of APSYS tools and optimizing workstations/work centers
  • Ensuring SQCD performance and tracking associated KPIs
  • Managing issues and contributing to corrective actions
  • Executing changes to products and contributing to 1st Train(s)/products manufacturing feedback

Main responsibilities as a hierarchical manager

As a hierarchical manager of operators within an EPU, you will be responsible for:
  • Time management and presence management of employees
  • Ensuring compliance with local legislation
  • Accountability for time reconciliation
  • Contribution to the development of operators through qualification matrices
  • Responsible for the PMC (People Management Cycle)
  • Contribution to the application of corporate policies
