The Latam Cross Functional Engineering Director role is a critical position in our operations team, responsible for maintaining critical facilities infrastructure as part of a close-knit team delivering best-in-class service to our data center customers.

This leadership opportunity will have you managing a cross-functional team that supports critical facility uptime requirements in the areas of project controls and asset management as well as supplemental engineering site support as required.

You will lead the team to ensure that they are working safely, effectively, and with high regard to human error avoidance, providing strategic guidance and direction to drive team results.

This includes leading and implementing resources to complete projects as required, ensuring the team completes tasks to Equinix's required standards, KPIs, and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a cross-functional team that provides Asset Management expertise, Project Controls expertise, and escalated site support for critical facility infrastructure when required.
  • Ensure the team works safely, effectively, and with high regard to human error avoidance.
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to drive team results.
  • Lead and implement resources to complete projects as required.
  • Manage the team to ensure completion to Equinix's required standards, KPIs, and SLAs.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
