About the Role

The Business Operations Support Professional is an essential team member that will support the Marketing department in various operational tasks. This role aims to reduce time-consuming activities, allowing the team to focus on key areas and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistical support for marketing events across all teams.
  • Ensure seamless information upload on platforms, both from vendors and Jira.
  • Manage warehouse merchandise inventory.
  • Support agency management, including quotes and regular communication.
  • Collaborate in creating requisitions and briefs for graphic piece creation.
