Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Recruitment and Coordination: Manage the recruitment process from screening to hiring, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Employee Files: Maintain up-to-date employee records and files in compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Offer Letters: Prepare and send offer letters to successful candidates, outlining terms of employment and company policies.
  • Townhalls and Events: Organize and coordinate company-wide meetings, townhalls, and various employee engagement events to foster a positive work culture.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Officer, or similar role, with a focus on the responsibilities listed above.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and legal regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Fluent in Spanish, with proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
