About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Conversational Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients across various industries. Your primary focus will be on delivering personalized support, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding customer expectations.

As a Conversational Specialist, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, or chat. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and their customers.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, has a strong understanding of customer needs, and can communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat, ensuring that every interaction meets or exceeds customer expectations.

  2. Resolve customer issues efficiently, using active listening skills to understand their concerns and provide effective solutions.

  3. Communicate clearly and concisely, using business-friendly language to ensure that customers understand our processes and procedures.

  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, escalating them when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and company policies to maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in banking or fintech.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with the ability to empathize and provide personalized support.

  • Intermediate proficiency with PC navigation and software applications, including CRM systems and email clients.

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service even in challenging situations.
