Event Coordinator

Job Summary:
As a Groups and Events Coordinator at Hilton Worldwide, Inc., you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events and groups at our hotel. This includes receiving and processing event requests, negotiating budgets, and ensuring seamless execution of events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process event requests, including rooming lists and payment instructions
- Negotiate budgets with clients and develop event work orders
- Coordinate with hotel departments, including sales, reservations, and front desk
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during their stay
- Participate in special activities, such as welcome tours and cocktail receptions
Requirements:
- Graduate or MBA in Management, Hospitality, or Marketing
- Previous experience in sales and events, preferably in hospitality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
