We are now looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to join our Andina Colombia team. As a key member of our General Management team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, coordinating agendas, networking, influencing internal and external stakeholders, managing multiple tasks, and streamlining administrative processes.

Main Responsibilities:- Agenda Management: Coordinate the executive's agenda to ensure smooth execution of tasks and activities.
- Event Management: Plan and execute meetings, visits, conferences, and special events for the Andina Leadership Team.
- External Contacts Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with external contacts at a senior level and organizations involving the Andina's General Manager and/or LT participation.
- Purchasing Process: Oversee the purchasing process in conjunction with local support, ensuring timely completion of all approvals for expenses on all relevant systems.
- Visitor Management: Collaborate with WPS and Security to ensure proper management of international travelers.
- Administrative Process Efficiencies: Identify and implement improvements and standardization of administrative tasks or processes for all Functions, together with other related areas.
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- English proficiency is a must.
- +5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a regional or global organization, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent Microsoft applications skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, in Coupa for budget management.
