Job DescriptionThis is a unique opportunity to join our talented global Data Sciences team as a Survey Programmer/Data Specialist based in Cali. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating online surveys using specialist market research programming software.
- Manage projects from programming to launch, fieldwork, closing, and data handover.
- Liaise with clients and other departments to meet project requirements and timings.
- Ensure attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Maintain high-quality client service by following procedures.
- Assist Senior Management with additional tasks as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Data literacy, including a good working knowledge of Excel.
- Aptitude and ability to learn specialist survey programming software.
- Fast and accurate typing skills, comfortable using a keyboard.
- Excellent attention to detail, checking data, tests, and validating databases.
- Good self-management skills, coping with changing priorities and informing colleagues of potential issues.
- Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Able to work effectively with others, maintaining open and honest relationships.
- A desire to continuously learn and improve, taking up opportunities for new experiences.
