The Role: Strategic HR Associate
This position offers a unique opportunity to become a strategic partner of the business, collaborating closely with leaders to shape HR strategies, talent management initiatives, and employee engagement efforts that drive departmental and company success.
You'll witness the impact of your work firsthand, comprehending the full employee cycle, and empower employees to drive business success.
Responsibilities:
- Connect, advise, communicate, and support Analysts, Associates, and senior associates on HR processes.
- Organize activities to improve the work environment, such as company events, employee proposals, Health and Safety activities, CSR initiatives, among others.
- Support communications to organize recognition activities, monthly meetings, and more.
- Coordinate visa processes, documentation, and expat lodging in partnership with facilities and mobility teams.
- Prepare and conduct expat program offer meetings.
- Audit legal documentation sent to expats for signature.
- Prepare documentation for expat inclusion in health and life policies.
- Update Hibob for location changes and request Maven updates in JIRA.
- Review Onboarding and offboarding processes in Hibob.
- Review NJ contracts and follow up with TA teams on onboarding.
- Execute welcome talks to NJs, explaining company values, policies, and Hibob usage.
- Prepare termination documents and inform payroll teams.
- Review settlement prepared by payroll providers.
- Terminate employees in Hibob and send termination mailings.
- Prepare and send legal documents for movements, salary changes, schedule changes, and more.
- Review PIP templates and development strategies for managers' PIP Management.
- Apply and interpret supporting and psychometric tests for IDPs.
- Conduct interest and vocational interviews for IDPs and career planning.
- Support management on individual development and improvement strategies.
- Present individual reports and development plans to employees and management.
- Support ERGs under the HR framework, evaluating viability and executing initiatives.
- Live and execute strategies to promote our values and desired culture.
- Safeguard compliance with Colombian employment law and internal policies, carrying out labor law advice.
- Assist all internal and external HR inquiries or requests.
- Formulate methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, recommending changes.
- Conduct HR research, analysis, and reporting.
- Participate in various HR projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or any administrative related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources roles.
- Strong understanding of human resources and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
