About the Role

The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and executive team in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across departments. They will assist with long-term planning, represent the founders in stakeholder meetings, and drive operational efficiency by improving processes and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define and prioritize strategic initiatives
    • Track and monitor progress on strategic goals and ensure alignment across all teams
    • Assist in the development of long-term plans, including market analysis and growth strategies
    • Work closely with People on organizational design and leadership development
  2. Investor and Stakeholder Relations
    • Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for executive and board meetings
    • Represent the Founders and the organization in key meetings with partners, investors, and other external parties
  3. Project Management
    • Lead special projects assigned by the Founders, ensuring timely and successful delivery
    • Act as a liaison between various departments to ensure cross-functional collaboration
    • Oversee the planning and execution of key company initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals
  4. Operational Efficiency
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamline operations across the organization
    • Develop key performance metrics to measure organizational effectiveness and drive improvements
    • Facilitate internal communications and ensure key information is shared appropriately throughout the organization

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in startups or 2+ years in strategy consulting (MBB) roles
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive business results
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
