Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Automation Engineer II to join our team at Quorum Software.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of testing principles, software development life cycles, and automation tools. This role requires excellent communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data to ensure thorough and efficient testing.
  • Perform manual testing and exploratory testing as needed to validate software functionality.
  • Identify and report defects to the development team, providing clear and concise documentation for reproduction and resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of new testing processes and procedures to improve overall quality and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve testing skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, software development life cycles, and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with industry-standard testing tools, such as Jenkins, VersionOne, and Git.
