The Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager for our growth segment.

You will be responsible for expanding our business and taking full ownership by building long-term relationships with our VIP clients.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Design a strategic plan to grow our merchant portfolio ensuring profitability and permanence.
  2. Achieve assigned sales quota in a designated portfolio and meet expectations for profitability.
  3. Demonstrate strong project management skills in interaction with key stakeholders and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  4. Manage large accounts, monitor customer performance, and design action plans based on study results.
  5. Ensure account performance in terms of sales, profitability, quality, and service.
  6. Work autonomously, seeking solutions, and proposing new products based on customer experience.
  7. Identify customer needs, design programs, and strategies to meet objectives.
  8. Maintain high customer satisfaction rates.
  9. Build and maintain product knowledge, keeping up-to-date with product enhancements and industry trends.
  10. Provide feedback to product and sales management.
  11. Analyze customer payment behavior in LATAM, providing market and consumer insights.
What You Need To Succeed

You will need a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, finance, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in B2B business as a Key Account Manager.

Previous experience in Payments is a must.

You will require strong engagement, drive, influencing, persuasive selling, and negotiation skills.

Excellent stakeholder management is essential, as you must be able to set clear direction, priorities, and focus.

Experience in budget management, forecasting, pricing, and account profitability reviews is also required.

A strategic mindset and the ability to identify business opportunities in competitive markets is necessary.

Proficiency in English (B2) is a must.

Our estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
