KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain robust payment processing solutions.
- Implement and manage APIs and services utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and Reactive Spring.
- Collaborate with Spring Data, Spring Cloud Stream, and Kafka binder for data streaming and integration.
- Apply Spring Security principles with OAuth2 to ensure secure application access.
- Employ functional programming techniques to enhance code quality and performance.
- Utilize design patterns and methodologies to address complex software engineering challenges.
- Work with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including Cosmos DB.
- Leverage Azure services, such as Kafka/Event Hub and Cosmos DB, for cloud-based solutions.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor and analyze application performance using tools like Datadog, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Expertise in developing applications with Java and Spring technologies, including Spring Data, Spring Cloud Stream (Kafka binder), Spring Security (OAuth2), Spring Actuator, and Spring Reactive / WebFlux.
- Familiarity with Gang of Four design patterns.
- Experience with non-blocking I/O development practices.
- Proficient in using Mockito, JUnit Jupiter, Jacoco, and SonarQube for testing and ensuring code quality.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Azure services, including Kafka/Event Hub and Cosmos DB.
