Currently, we operate in the US and Latin America.Our research-based learning method is focused on ensuring that after completing our program, every student, regardless of their initial abilities, will find employment in tech industry with 100% money-back guarantee and 87% employment rate among our 6K+ graduates.In the RoleAs a Sales Recruiter on a commission per placement model you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting qualified sales professionals across various levels, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Senior Closers, and Sales Supervisors.Your financial success will be directly tied to your ability to identify and place high-quality candidates, earning significant commission for each successful hire who completes our 1 week sales training program.This will be an 8 month project based collaboration to significantly expand our LATAM Sales team by over 100+ sales professionals in 2025.
This position will report to the LATAM Lead Recruiter and will have a monthly base pay + commission on a per placement basis.
The target is 10-15 placements per month.
What you will do: Sales Recruiting: Identify, source, and recruit high-performing sales professionals with the experience and skills necessary to succeed in a fast-paced B2C EdTech startup environment.
Focus on high-volume recruitment for roles such as SDRs, Senior Closers, and Sales Supervisors.Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Engage directly with both active and passive candidates, presenting them with our compelling sales opportunities.Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone screens and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Present a shortlist of top candidates to hiring managers, providing detailed summaries and insights for each.End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for each candidate, including job postings, outreach, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Ensure a smooth process for both candidates and hiring managers, delivering an exceptional experience throughout.Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales leadership team and HR department to understand the unique needs of each sales position, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and ensure a clear understanding of the role requirements.Commission-Based Performance: Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets, with compensation based on commission per hire.
