Job Overview
The Marketing Automation Professional will play a critical role in driving impactful marketing initiatives through automation within a financial institution, enhancing customer engagement, lead generation, and conversion. This role involves managing marketing technology platforms, executing automated campaigns, and leveraging data analytics to improve marketing performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Ortto Platform Expert: Develop and execute marketing journeys on Ortto, including customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns.
- Data Management: Ensure data cleanliness, deduplication, and segmentation based on customer criteria.
- Campaign Execution: Build and manage marketing campaigns in Salesforce, including email, SMS, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Segmentation and Targeting: Use customer insights to refine segments and improve campaign performance.
- Testing and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM management, or a similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Ortto marketing automation platform, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and project management skills.
