Job Requirements:

Associate's degree in an aviation-related field from an accredited institution is required. A minimum of 5 years of related experience in aviation training, either in the military or commercial fields, is also necessary. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing training programs, as well as evaluating their effectiveness, is required. The candidate must have demonstrated knowledge of OJT requirements for Sikorsky UH-60 and aviation specialty courses. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a UH-60 instructor is also required. The candidate must hold an appropriate Colombian instructor IET license and demonstrate in-depth understanding of aircraft technical publications. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required, as well as English language ability equivalent to the Foreign Service Institute Level R/2, S/1, and Spanish language ability equivalent to the Foreign Service Institute Level R/3, S/3. Knowledge of Colombian Aeronautica Civil, FAA, and military aviation regulations is preferred, as well as knowledge of Colombian safety standards and procedures.
