Job Summary:

Manage Call Center Traffic with Precision

As an Operations Traffic Manager at Cp360, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless call center operations by managing all call traffic to meet customer service level agreements. This involves providing real-time and historical data on call volumes, staff productivity, and performance trends to internal and external stakeholders. You will analyze trends within assigned operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in adjusting forecasted intraday call volume, AHT, and staff scheduling to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Load Balancing and Skill-Based Routing: Conduct load-balancing through skill-based routing systems to optimize call distribution.
  • Staffing Proposal and Adjustments: Send out staffing proposals for the week and make adjustments as needed to ensure balanced staffing.
  • Maximizing Staffing Opportunities: Plot off-phone activities for future days (up to 14 days) to maximize staffing opportunities.
  • Standardized Call Center Staffing Model: Implement and support a standardized call center staffing model and provide recommendations for adjustments.
  • Real-Time Analysis and Reporting: Provide real-time analysis and reporting on productivity-impacting scenarios to customers, enabling them to make informed decisions about offline activities and outages.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate plan deviations, staffing requirements, and load balancing to assigned operations management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

To excel as an Operations Traffic Manager, you should possess:

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products and experience with contact center metrics and operations.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and environments.

Compensation Package:
