We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Bookkeeping and Administrative Expert to join our finance team in Colombia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our financial systems. With a strong focus on bookkeeping and administrative tasks, your primary duties will include processing vendor invoices, preparing and posting payroll journal entries, managing expense reports, conducting bank reconciliations, and reconciling credit card transactions. You will also generate and send customer invoices, manage accounts receivable aging, and prepare sales tax reports. Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks and HR-related processes, such as onboarding new hires, coordinating with HR for payroll inputs, and supporting internal communications.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 2 years of accounting experience, with a strong emphasis on US GAAP and bookkeeping. Proficiency in QuickBooks is required, and experience with accounts payable management through Bill.com and banking platforms is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, and a growth mindset are essential. Experience in administrative or HR tasks is a plus. Cultural awareness and sensitivity to work in an international environment are also necessary.
