At VINCI Highways, we're driven by a passion for innovation and excellence in the infrastructure sector. As a leading concessions company and provider of road mobility services, we design, finance, build, and operate over 4,000 kilometers of roads, bridges, tunnels, and mobility services.

We're responsible for the Bogotá-Girardot Third Lane Project, a complex infrastructure development that involves construction, land management, social, and environmental aspects, as well as network relocation. The project includes the rehabilitation of a dual carriageway spanning approximately 145 kilometers, expansion to a third lane on both carriageways, and upgrading infrastructure to enhance connectivity within communities.

About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Chief Operations and Technical Officer (COO/CTO) to lead our operations, routine maintenance, and tolling department teams. As the guarantor of the operation/routine maintenance budget, you'll be responsible for achieving financial and contractual objectives while driving process optimization initiatives and best practices to enhance project performance and profitability.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, quality standards, and client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality in project planning and execution
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with ANI (National Infrastructure Agency) and other entities involved in the project
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align operational goals with the company's strategic objectives

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, with proven experience in operations management or direction within the road concession project or infrastructure sector. Strong leadership and team-building skills are essential, along with expertise in project delivery and operational efficiency. In-depth understanding of financial, business, contractual, QHSE, and Sustainable Development issues is also required.
