Job Summary:

The Security and Compliance Lead will oversee the implementation and maintenance of TTEC's Information Security Policy and contractual standards for specified clients. This role will ensure regular auditing of internal departments to drive calibration across the infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Propose and evaluate solutions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Solve for and mitigate new risks in a dynamic and ever-changing work environment.
  • Ensure the security and compliance of TTEC's operations without reasonable risk or impact to business goals.
  • Develop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
  • Collaborate with other departments to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.
  • Act as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that security and compliance issues within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved.
  • Monitor and coordinate security and compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and identify trends.
  • Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues and provide general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
  • Work in collaboration with client organizations to resolve external security and compliance findings.
  • Conduct regular internal audits of physical and logical security and compliance areas, report on findings, and work to address root causes.
  • Inspect and approve changes to physical and logical controls prior to implementation.
  • Facilitate client audits.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (12 years of schooling)
  • Able to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee data, with a high level of integrity and judgment.
  • Current client experience or visibility preferred (but not required)
  • Good English skills, possible B1 level
  • Excel (Intermediate)
  • Powerpoint
  • Organized, clean, and tidy working style
  • Great interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse population
  • Able to work independently and self-driven
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, ever-changing work environment
  • Awareness to do the right thing
  • Ability to address security concerns with all internal departments and client partners
  • Willingness to learn and open to feedback
  • Ability to bring outside-the-box thinking to assist in solutioning
