As the Team Lead for the Content department based in Colombia, you will be expected to lead the full-time employees assigned to you, whilst creating a healthy and inspiring work environment and motivating team atmosphere.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the daily activities of the Content department employees in Medellin
- Assign the work shifts of the Medellin personnel in conjunction with Live Sports Scheduling (LSS) and Broadcast (BT) teams in Sofia.
- Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals
- Delegate tasks to team members
- Maximize the potential of the team through training and development
- Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
