As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency. Your role will involve conducting meetings with suppliers, negotiating prices, and analyzing market trends to anticipate price fluctuations. You will also work closely with operational departments to maintain inventory balance and ensure that business partners are treated fairly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting meetings with suppliers and representatives to negotiate procurement terms
  • Analyzing market trends to anticipate price fluctuations and make informed purchasing decisions
  • Maintaining inventory balance through collaboration with operational departments
  • Ensuring business partners are treated fairly and transparently
  • Supervising, training, and motivating Purchasing Department employees
  • Monitoring slow-moving stock and ensuring regular reports are distributed to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

  • College degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
  • More than 2 years of experience in the purchasing area
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Proactive person with initiative, leadership skills, and commitment to results
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem-solve effectively
  • Intermediate-level English proficiency
