We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Software Architect in Colombia to be part of our team. As a key member, you will provide technical support to the team, collaborate with other team leaders on the technical development of the team, participate in the delivery and defense of technical solutions, and support the monitoring of technical and business metrics and indicators.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Technical Support: Provide expert technical guidance to the team ensuring the highest quality of work.
2. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team leaders to drive technical development, innovation, and growth.
3. Solution Delivery: Participate in delivering and defending technical solutions that meet business needs.
4. Metric Monitoring: Monitor technical and business metrics and indicators to ensure alignment with company goals.
The ideal candidate should have experience in software architecture, background in Java using Spring Framework and CDI, knowledge in Angular and TypeScript, and experience with cloud applications (GCP), DevOps, Microservices, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, test automation, Docker, and OpenShift. Additionally, proactivity, autonomy in problem-solving, excellent communication skills, ability to empower and mentor team developers, understanding of Agile methodologies, and activity management tools are essential.
As a Colombian resident, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $8 million COP per annum, reflecting your skills and experience.
