Requirements
Must-Haves
- Experience with Klaviyo: You are an expert in using Klaviyo for email marketing and have a strong understanding of its features and capabilities. With at least 1-2 years of experience on the platform.
- Proven track record: You have at least 2-3 years of experience in email marketing, with a track record of designing and executing successful campaigns.
- Design skills: Knowledge of basic design principles and experience with designing visually appealing emails.
- Copywriting skills: You have excellent written communication skills and can craft compelling and engaging email copy that drives results.
- Retention Marketing: Knowledge and experience in Smile.IO by setting up and managing loyalty through email and SMS.
- Data-driven mindset: You are skilled at analyzing email performance metrics and using data to make informed decisions and drive optimization.
- Visionary: Develop a visionary approach towards email marketing, actively contributing ideas and strategies. Must proactively work on developing the long-term vision for the marketing team.
- Communication and Execution: Present ideas effectively, ensuring clarity and alignment with overall objectives.
