Job Opportunity: Director of Business OperationsWe are seeking a seasoned Director of Business Operations to drive our company forward. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a high-performing Business Operations function that aligns with our overall goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage our planning and OKR processes, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.
- Communication: Enhance internal communication processes, fostering a culture of open dialogue and collaboration.
- Metrics Management: Work with Analytics and Finance to establish and track key metrics, ensuring we meet our objectives.
- Tool Optimization: Evaluate and implement tools and systems to boost operational efficiency and support growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to streamline processes, ensuring seamless execution and effective decision-making.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in Sales, Account Management, Business Units, Product, and Marketing.
- Change Management: Thrive in a dynamic, remote environment with frequent changes, adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
- Remote Work Coordination: Participate in quarterly in-person meetings at various locations while working from home day-to-day, utilizing company-provided tools for communication.
- 6+ years of experience in operations and strategy at a tech firm, management consulting firm, or investment bank.
- Proven leadership in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments, especially in SaaS or digital marketplaces.
- Experience working with high-performance leadership teams, possessing a collaborative mindset and strong execution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic projects from conception to completion.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in financial modeling and forecasting. Expertise with SQL, Excel, Google Docs, Hubspot CRM, and other technology solutions for driving operational execution.
- Excellent English, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.
