Job Description

As a Senior Architect, you'll oversee technical decisions, contract documents, and project schedules while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local building codes. You'll also consult with clients to align project vision and objectives, manage bidding and award processes, and administer construction closeout.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture is a minimum requirement.
  • You should have 5+ years of experience in architecture project management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and familiarity with the Microsoft Suite are essential.
  • You should have knowledge of engineered building systems and project documentation standards.
  • A registered Architect is required.
