Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Value Excellence Center (VEC) team. As a key member of our team, you will drive measurable business value for Coupa and its customers by providing insights using data analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new methods and lenses to quantify the value of Coupa's offerings to our customers
- Conduct analysis and make recommendations to solve complex business questions for Sales, Marketing, Product, and other departments
- Assist with Coupa's benchmarking practice to understand how different types of customers perform, as well as how competing platforms compare
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in data analysis or a related field
- Proficiency in Python programming language for data analysis, including writing scripts to automate data processing, cleaning, and reporting tasks
- Experience with SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, with an understanding of database structure
- Data visualization experience working with Tableau or Power BI visualization tools (or certified)
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and proficient user of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Data Science, Economics, Information Management, or Engineering
