We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator - Social Media Specialist to join our team at BairesDev. This role involves creating and overseeing the creation of social media content, validating our brands and top leaders, increasing traffic to our website, and establishing a trusted communication channel with our audiences.
Responsibilities- Create multiple weekly social media posts and campaigns that align with our brand's tone and style.
- Manage content scheduling and publication on our social media channels.
- Develop and execute social media content strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Liaise with agencies to plan and execute campaigns and ideas.
- Collaborate with external providers to create multimedia visual assets that enhance our social media presence.
- Monitor and manage the company's social media accounts on Oktopost, ensuring consistency and accuracy in our online presence.
- Work closely with the Social Media Intelligence team to create robust, rich reports and insights that inform our social media strategy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a creative field.
- Proven ability to write compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed-oriented and able to maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of work.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Advanced English level, with excellent writing and communication skills.
- Prior experience in writing about technology or related fields, with a strong understanding of industry trends and developments.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, digital acceleration, and nearshore tech outsourcing, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an engaging and accessible way.
- Knowledge of social media and content management tools, such as Hootsuite and Oktopost, with experience in creating and scheduling content for various platforms.
- Understanding of social media campaign decks, presentations, and creative briefs, with the ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies.
