Job Responsibilities
  1. Website Development: Develop and design new websites by taking a project brief and bringing a partner's vision to life.
  2. Time Management: Demonstrate strong time-management skills, including the ability to meet all project deadlines on time.
  3. Platform Knowledge: Continuously update knowledge and skills on the Squarespace platform as it evolves.
  4. Customization: Extend the platform beyond its limits, as needed, using custom CSS and coding skills.
  5. Visual Design: Incorporate principles of visual design and usability to create websites that are delightful to use.
Requirements
  1. Squarespace Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Squarespace.
  2. Design Creativity: A portfolio that showcases strong design creativity using no-code and strategic thinking for a final product that is easy to manage for the end-user.
  3. Coding Skills: A portfolio that demonstrates the use of code while maintaining a quick and functioning site.
  4. Graphic Design: Attention to detail and ability to create graphic elements to support site design.
  5. Coding Knowledge: Proficiency in Squarespace Custom CSS or Code.
  6. Design Understanding: Understanding of various styles and design needs across different business types.
  7. Language Proficiency: B1 or higher level English proficiency.
