Serás responsable de diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones innovadoras en la plataforma ServiceNow para mejorar las operaciones empresariales.

**Descripción General del Puesto**:
Como ServiceNow Developer, serás el encargado de liderar el diseño y la creación de soluciones eficientes y escalables en la plataforma ServiceNow. Formarás parte de un equipo comprometido con la excelencia y la innovación, donde tu experiência marcará una diferencia significativa en la optimización de procesos empresariales críticos.

**Responsabilidades Principales**:

- Diseñar, desarrollar y implementar flujos de trabajo personalizados y aplicaciones en ServiceNow.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para recopilar y analizar requisitos empresariales.
- Garantizar la alta calidad de las soluciones implementadas mediante la ejecución de pruebas unitarias y de integración.
- Participar en la resolución de problemas y en el soporte técnico de aplicaciones ServiceNow existentes.
- Optimizar el rendimiento de la plataforma mediante el monitoreo continuo y la implementación de mejoras.

**Requisitos del Puesto**:

- Experiência demostrable de 3+ años trabajando con la plataforma ServiceNow.
- Conocimientos sólidos en desarrollo sobre JavaScript, HTML, y CSS dentro del entorno ServiceNow.
- Experiência en la creación de flujos de trabajo personalizados y en la gestión de configuraciones de módulo.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo, con habilidades comunicativas sobresalientes.
- Experiência en integraciones de sistemas múltiples utilizando REST/SOAP APIs es un plus.
- Inglés C1 o mejor (excluyente).

**Calificaciones Preferidas**:

- Certificaciones en ServiceNow (por ejemplo, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, System Administrator).
- Experiência previa con metodologías ágiles de desarrollo de software.
- Conocimiento de prácticas de DevOps y CI/CD.
