About the Role:This role will focus on leading company-wide employee engagement initiatives to enhance connectivity and culture. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and cohesion between Employer Brand and local PGD employee communities.
You will be responsible for defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for each communication channel to measure campaign success, ensuring all internal communication materials are consistent with the organization's brand, and developing and maintaining modern internal communication channels to improve information flow within PGD.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communications skills, experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, and strong stakeholder management abilities.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a similar field.
- +3 years of related work experience in communications or marketing.
- Experience with Campaign Monitor or other email marketing platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and InDesign, is required.
